Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition with all tags attached
- The item has not been worn, altered, or damaged
- The original packaging is intact
Note: Due to the custom nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for:
- Made-to-measure or altered garments (including tailored Sherwanis and Bandhgala suits)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Intimate apparel (blouses and bandi sets)
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the subject line “Return Request”. Please include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size or color), follow the same process as returns, clearly stating your preferred exchange item. We will ship your new item once the return is received and approved.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- International Customers: Refunds may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We recommend using:
- For US customers: USPS Priority Mail with tracking
- For international customers: DHL or FedEx with tracking
